In addition to Dunnigan, Laugh-A-Palooza will include comedians Martin Butler, Nate Fridson, Gary George and other performers to be announced.

Kyle Dunnigan is best known for his recurring role as ‘Craig’ in the hit Comedy Central series, Reno 911! He also appears in the movie, Reno 911!: Miami. Dunnigan was a series regular on NBC’s Howie Do It and Fox’s Cedric The Entertainer Presents. As a standup, he has had his own half hour special on Comedy Central and has appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson and Late Night With Conan O’Brien. Dunnigan has performed at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal and the US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen as well as with Drew Carey in a USO tour of Iraq.

Martin Butler has long been associated with Motor City Improv and is no stranger to the comedy circuit. In 2008, he was handpicked by Bill Bellamy and the producers of NBC’s Last Comic Standing to represent Detroit. Besides sharing the stage with Dave Attell during Comedy Central’s Insomniac Live Tour, he has also performed with Lewis Black, Greg Giraldo, and Doug Stanhope.

Nate Fridson is a fast rising star out of the rich comedy scene of Detroit. Featuring well-crafted jokes and an inviting, accessible style, Fridson’s act has been called smart and original by both peers and audiences alike. A caustic writer who, “brings sarcasm to an art form,” Fridson shies from no subject – his material grows from deep, probing roots in the autobiographical to reveal a skewed, surreal worldview. Fridson was a semi-finalist at the New York Comedy Contest and recently traveled to Japan to perform for the U.S. Troops stationed on Okinawa.

Gary George has been writing comedy and entertaining audiences for more than 18 years. With the looks of “the average guy next door,” Gary finds humor in offbeat situations, relationships and the subtle things in life most of us miss. George’s humor covers a wide spectrum - such as his GED class reunion, coaching little league and annoying casino patrons. His clever approach to comedy has led him to perform with such heavyweights as Tim Allen, Drew Carey, Weird Al, Robert Klein and Lewis Black. A clean, professional style has also made Gary a requested comic in the corporate arena. A prolific writer, Gary’s humorous works have been published in daily newspapers, magazines and internet media.

Laugh-A-Palooza is part of the Belle Tire Concert Series.
